Garlic and Coconut Pittas
2-3 wholemeal pittas
2 tablespoons coconut oil
2 small cloves garlic finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
To make the garlic coconut butter place coconut oil, garlic, parsley and pepper into a small bowl.
and bind together with a fork or spoon until all ingredients are fully mixed.
Toast your pittas, cut them in half and whilst they are still warm spread the coconut butter liberally inside, serve with soup, I like these pittas with my Apple and Mushroom Soup.
