I’ve used parsley in this simple easy to make raw juice. Parsley is a highly nutritious, healing food which I use in nearly every meal that I make, whether it be in burgers, in a vegan stew, juiced, smoothied, in a salad or as a garnish this wonderful power herb is full of anti-oxidants, vitamin C, folic acid and beta-carotene. A jewel food with it’s beautiful green emerald colour I encourage you to buy this fresh herb either as the full plant or if you buy cut then place in a glass jar with a little water to keep it fresh and hydrated and use it in every meal you prepare.
serves 2 small glasses
1 romaine lettuce
2 medium zucchini (courgette)
2 large handfuls flat leaf parsley
4 large handfuls curly kale
Scrub, wash and chop all ingredients ready for juicing. Juice it all baby! Pour into 2 small glasses and enjoy this wonderfully refreshing juice with a friend.
