Making good use of super nutritious romaine lettuces this juice is light and easy with a hint of lemon. Romaine lettuce is high in vitamin A, vitamin K, folate and vitamin C. It’s also a good source of potassium helping lower high blood pressure.
serves 2 pint glasses. If you are juicing just for you then make up this amount for the day and put the remainder in a sealed flask which will keep the juice fresh for 24 hours, I do this all the time, especially if I’m going out for the day and need my Juice!
